If you as a tenant have a lease that says you are responsible for exterior lawn care, this is a great time of year to trim shrubs. Delayed trimming causes shrubs to becomes overgrown and scraggly. Shrubs become unhealthy when not trimmed back periodically.
There is more demand for rental housing than is available in our area. We have a waiting list for prospective tenants to find rental housing. If you have a rental house, you are more fortunate than many.
