With falling temperatures it is time to protect outside faucets from freezing. When outside faucets freeze this causes water to be unable to flow on the inside of the property.
We provide faucet covers to the properties we manage. If a faucet cove becomes damaged or comes up missing, we ask tenants to let us know so we can replace them at no cost to the tenant.
Being proactive at this time of year can save a lot of frustration later on.
