As mother day approaches, I wish I could ask my mother questions such as "What led you to the decision you made to . . . ." As I face the hard decisions in my life I wish I had asked questions. We start adulthood thinking we know all the answers and our parents can't possibly know anything about life. As we get older and our parents are no longer on earth, we realize we have more questions than answers and wish we could use our parents as a sounding board.
This Mother's Day, if you are fortunate enough to be with your mother or talk to your mother, ask life's questions.
